Two week reservation upon availability.
· A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required 10 days before play date.
· Group organizer must collect all payments and waivers for group and make payment before play begins. (No individual payments)
· Minimum amount of players is 12 participants
· If the minimum number of players does not show the group will charged the full rate for each no show up to twenty people. No shows over twenty the group will lose deposit on no shows.
· If a player does not show up, no one else will receive their paintballs.
· Rescheduling can be done only once and must be done 7 working days before play date.
· All players must sign waiver in order to play (players under age 18 must have adult signature).
· Group pricing is not good with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
· No verbal agreement will be honored. If a booking agent promised something must be in writing and approved by the company supervisor to be valid.
· We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time.
